Hey. It's my b-day in 44 days, on the 5 of July And I'm weighin a 65 KG "143.30047042025 lbs" And I want to be 60 KG on my b-day. which is 132.277357311 . So 44 days to lose bout 5 kg and maybe a little more. Would be not much of a problem. I jump rope/shadowbox/weights/pushups/sit-ups and go cycle now and then. As for a diet i just stripped all junk food and bad stuff. Is there something really important to do?
