How do you lower / raise your heavy bag?

I've got a heavy bag at home (60kg ish) and every now and again it needs lowering to "move" the filling around.

I'd be interested how you all do that, do you use a pulley, winch or is it just a 2 man job with a bit of grunt. I'm interested in any ways that people do this on their own as normally I don't have anyone who can help me do this with my bag.
