    Running shoes

Just bought some new running shoes..

I always knew it would make a difference but I never realised how much of a difference it actually makes from wearing the correct footwear. I'm now running further and faster without getting as tired or my legs hurting.

    I reccommend them.

the inside of my foot always hurts whenever i run, even with the correct shoes.

not sure about that anymore. I recently paid good money for a new pair of asics- they were really comfortable and felt great when running but i now got 2 holes on my left shoe near the toe and at the side about halfway down. The material used was designed to make your feet breathe easier which it does do but it doesn;t hold up for wear and tear. I have had them just 4 months. Even though i do a lot of running (30-35 miles/week) they should hold up longer than that! very pissed off!!!!

if you run 35 miles a week the shoe is holding up to its standards...

im a cross country runner and i run about 50-60 miles a week and i replace my shoes every 2-3 months...kinda pricy it gets but hey i enjoy the run!

yeah i need some running shoes FAST..im not even gonna call it running shoes, but the shoes that i run with have no air support or anything..basically like a flat peice of rubber that covers my hole foot and i run in..and the next morning, my legs especially my knees are killin me
