    Boxer's knuckle

Anyone in here every heard of or experienced boxer's knuckle?? I just started boxing about 3 months ago. I recently started to feel some pain and discomfort on my middle finger knuckle. I have given it 2 weeks rest but I'm still hurting a little bit. Any home remedies or advice would help. I was told to alternate my hand between hot and cold water, this doesn't seem to be helping.

I have permanent calluses on all my knuckles and a contusion in my left pinkie from throwing left hooks...

I have come to the conclusion that you will always have nagging injuries in this sport and you have to either deal or pick up tennis...

Fact: According to women, boxers have very nice hands. Ive asked.

One of the main things a woman looks at is a mans hands.

Go hit the heavy bag and build up those bloodyknux!

there are certain linements that help heal injuries quicker.

any type of boxer definitely wants to look into hand conditioning to build solid, less fragile hands. it would be ****** not to.

I fractured a knuckle on my left hand over 4 years ago, it still isn't right so I don't think it will ever be 100% again.

my knuckles are all over the place. If its causing you pain in training i suggest wearing two sets of handwraps.
