fight-weight based on height and structure

i need to know how to find my fight weight... my trainer for some reason said 130's i could make.. but i walk around at 155.. been as high as 168 before.. and never been lower then 147.. so for amatuers.. what would be my best bet?

    im 5'8

my arms arent jacked at all. they are average. shoulders too.. i think 140 would be a good weight for me to compete with the power and speed.. but still not sure...

any advice on how to find this out would be great

At noon, a train leaves new york for toronto while another train leaves toronto for new york. It takes one train 8 hours and the other 22 hours to make the trip. If both maintain constant speeds and travel along parallel tracks, at what time do they pass each other?

    Ask your trainer.....

I would go with what your trainer says. We sound about the same build. I walk between 155 - 158. In the past ive gotten into the 170's....

The lowest weight i can make is 135. I wish I could get down to 131, lol.

i'm about the same build, a little shorter (5'6) and my trainer and i decided i could get down to 141.

i weighed myself after practice today and i came in at 152, and that's with the sweat loss. i've weighed as much as 165 recently.

if you think you can get down to 132 by dieting and training, go for it. but don't ****ing kill yourself. i know a few people have become bulimic due to their obsession with lowering their weight for both wrestling and boxing.
