I have a question. I'm still young and haven't filled out yet, I have average punching power, do i still have potential to become a harder puncher when I'm physically matured? I know it's all about technique, and I'm getting that down but I was just wondering this. Thanks in advance.

Without hitting the weights and becoming a stronger and heavier hitter that way...
i suggest working on making your technique as perfect as possible. The better the performance of the punch, the harder it will strike.

I haven't been a personal trainer for some time now but my knowledge ain't rusty, so here I go! Being that you're still young you body is still developing, that being said your central nervous systems is still imprinting technical aspects of boxing on it's hard drive like a computer. Considering that younger athletes develop strength much faster than more seasoned athletes like myself, strength training can sometimes be a detriment to skill training. If your strength or size is growing more rapidly than your level of skill then it could interrupt the imprinting of skill based movement to your central nervous system. In other words keep more emphasis on skill and let strength training be a supplement to your skills training.

yes, looks bad ass. but climbing anything kind of uses the basic elements. sometimes, if i'm bored, i'll climb these like 160 degree (almost straight up) 15 ft. high swing set poles (about a foot or so in diameter). just like climb up em. helps build the hands and the power.

hahaha no prob. i think its also a nice little 'feat of strength' when your around friends. girls. because none of my friends can do it all the way up ha.
