    weight loss..

    I'm currently around 180-185 and want to go down to at least 165...

    Last time I trained I got stuck at 172, jogging everyday but sunday then something happened which made me lose interest, somewhat.

    Now that I'm restarting, I'm jw if there's any safe supplements who could help me with getting rid of the last 7 pounds or so. Something natural if that even exists?

      u can do it by jus adjusting ur diet and training more, u dont need to take supplements, i mean if u want to thats up to u but u dont NEED them. i think if u drink green tea daily that would help, also yohimbine HCL helps too.
