Look, I'm older than most people in here, yes. This is a training forum, and if it is to have any relevance, there has to be people who know what they're talking about, to give out advice. I've had more fights than any regular poster here, I've been in boxing since the 80'ies, I've trained fighters since 2000 some at an international level, I have a elite trainer education with a broad theoretical basis to go with my experience. Sorry if it offends you that I set a few 17 year olds straight on stuff they've obviously misunderstood, once in a while. I guess you'd rather have a bunch of 13 year olds telling you what you want to hear?
