yeah I downloaded his book a month or two ago and it is filled with ways of making you punchers more explosive. I practiced for ages at home and then tried them out in the gym. My trainer thought I was trying to take his arm off! Dempsey was the master.

yeah, you can see it clearly on the fight dempsey - willard. watch that, its great :P

and also the gazelle punch is true, thats really great too, hahaha.
