If you don't hydrate back up after a session than you can risk losing muscle; hence most of your muscle is made up of water. Just drink water after you get out.
And yeah it is healthy for your skin if you go in shirtless of course since you are sweating out of your pores. If you sweat with a shirt on then it sticks all the sweat and dirt released onto your skin and then that is actually bad for your skin.
Common Sense Tips: Go shirtless, or recommended only with a towel on. Drink plenty of water when you get out. Go swim or shower afterwards to wash off all the sweat and dirt.
