my left hook is quick, powerful and comes out of nowhere, so thats a lot of times the money punch on the inside.

my straight right is really hard too, but my power's at the end of that punch.

for me i dont know because i only sparred using one hand and it the jabbing hand so cant tell

I always loved the left hook to the body. When it lands strong hes yours for atleast the next 5-10 seconds................Rockin'

I am a right handed southpaw counter puncher.

I always intimidated all my opp. and sparring partner with my jab.

and my favorite is weaving right hook.I specially look for jabs (from an orthodox fighter)as it hits them on the outside of the head or body.

for me i have no clue what i like the most. I have this 1 right hook punch that might be my money shot but i have tried it on ne 1 yet.but it rattles the whole bag alot more then my left hook

Quick parry, to the outside, and left hook to the body. Turn that liver into soup.

The hook I use n that case is maybe also like a hybrid uppercut. hard to explain, but I'm sure you guys know what I mean.

What about us southpaws!!?? You don't have a straight left as a poll option!!! That would definately be my most damaging punch.

Overall though, the most important punch for me is my jab, but in terms of doing damage it is the straight left.
