I'm not saying to jump into this routine, but it's atleast good to read the articles there. Very good site.
Personally, I haven't used this for boxing, but for football, I have to say this program helped me a lot WHILE gaining size.
But, most boxers don't want to gain size but improve their strength and speed, so the size part is just a matter of diet. I'm just saying I improved speed and strength while also gaining the weight (muscle)
