How many active fighters have two quality wins?

Began thinking about this before and there’s far less than I thought there would be.

So you obviously have Pacquiao and Canelo.

    Fury. (Klitschko and Wilder)

    Usyk. (Breidis and Gassiev)

    Lomachenko. (Russell and Linares)

    Donaire. (Darchinyan, Montiel)

    Gonzalez. (Estrada, Yaegashi, Cuadras)

    Estrada. (Sor Rungvisai, Viloria)

    Sor Rungvisai. (Gonzalez, Estrada)

I think that’s possibly it. Anyone else?

Secondly why do you think this is? The belts being so fractured? Guys not fighting cause of politics?

Maybe I’m romanticising a bit but it feels like guys used to have far deeper resumes.

I think there are a number of factors to be honest.

Fighters being aligned with different networks/promoters makes it difficult to make fights sometimes.

The fighters themselves seem to be afraid of losing their "0" as well. A loss is probably more heavily scrutinized these days than before so fighters try to protect their records.

The convenience of having so many belts and weight classes allows for less risky fights as well imo. Just makes it easier for guys to become a paper champ without having to fight someone good for it

Yeah I agree. Fighters can become multi-weight champions without having to truly test themselves.

A 41-0 HW champion with 10 defences on away soil.

              It’s a great win.

A bum killer who has never beaten a single top HW. And i don't call the grandpa Ortiz a top fighter. Bermane Stiverne? Please don't tell me that's an elite HW...

Wilder is not a quality win, no way.

So it's a fluke Wilder was 41-0 with 39 knockouts fighting guys 40 or 50 pounds heavier without incident. Who also happens to be a bronze medal Olympian. Yeah there's no quality in beating that guy.

Beating Wilder is unquestionably a quality win. The man is a terror with that all-time power. Fury thoroughly beating him in their second fight doesn't make him a bum. If Wilder isn't a quality win at heavyweight, then there aren't but two or three available 'quality' wins in the division.
