Comments Thread For: Eddie Hearn Reacts To BBC Documentary on Daniel Kinahan

Eddie Hearn does not believe that the BBC Panorama documentary about Daniel Kinahan has made any difference to the world of boxing. The episode entitled "Boxing and the Mob" referred to Kinahan as "a suspected Mob boss", connected him drug dealing, gun running, money laundering and a string of killings, and focussed on his links to Tyson Fury and MTK Global. Kinahan has always denied that he is involved in criminal activity.

Unfortunately for Hearn, times have drastically changed and companies are massively allergic to anything that could damage their brand.

Fury, Kinahan and their criminal family and associates need to be very careful before things get ugly for them. It’s already trending in UK national news that the BBC investigative team have received threats since the show was aired, and if they’re not careful they could find themselves added to the endless list of people getting cancelled.

Right now, the emails and phone calls are with Bob Arum and Top Rank and Tyson Fury’s Team.
And who are the members of "Tyson Fury’s Team"?

Arrogant weasel faced ****. He needs bringing down a peg or 3.
Hopefully his empire comes crumbling down once the idiot fanboys realize he is robbing them with his non-PPV PPV shows.

How is this mofo getting so many boxers to sign with this group?

I get its probably a money laundering situation or thats the rumor anyway, but why are so many high profile boxers getting involved if the loud whisper is this guy ain't on the up & up & when this goes south, assuming it does, you're likely gonna have a court appearance or two due to your dealings with him.

Whoa! Who peed in your cornflakes? If you're talking about Sky PPV, they're normally around £20 ($30ish),and the rest of the world stream on DAZN, I'd say that's pretty reasonable compared to US PPV prices.
Got no love or hate for any promoters, it'd be better if there was a UFC model so the big fights just get done without the drama. I've never been to interested in the promoters unless they get in the way of a big fight, then I'd call them out (not that they'd listen to me), really they're a sideshow. I don't understand why anyone would get so for or against any of them, they're not worth the effort.
