Efforts by Andrew Moloney and his legal team for swift and resolute justice have so far been met with resistance. The outcome of Moloney's recent rematch with lone conqueror Joshua Franco on November 14 has been officially appealed by his team, formally protesting the No-Decision verdict that came of their ESPN-televised contest at MGM Grand Conference Center in Las Vegas. The bout ended prior to the start of round three, when it was determined that San Antonio's Franco was unable to continue due to a swollen shut right eye.

This is sad... Maloney wants NSAC to overturn the ruling so he won’t have to face Franco a 3rd time. Hopefully, Oscar and Rick Mirigian read this and tell Maloney and his team to kick rocks and pull a 3rd fight off the table. That will teach Maloney to do his fighting in the ring not outside of it.

He did the fight inside the ring and jabbed Franco’s head like a PEZ dispenser. THATS what caused Franco’s eye to swell shut. Maybe if you’d seen the fight you’d know that already and wouldn’t make such foolish comments.

That’s freaking laughable!!! There was no head butt. They spent well over 30 minutes on live television replaying after replay after replay for the world to see and it did not occur.

Maloney should get the win. Is not about if there will be or won't be a 3rd fight. Is who comes as the champ to the fight.

2. Comission indeed watched the replay OF THE LEFT EYE for 20+ minutes!

These alone video evidence from ESPN stream should be enough to call that decision a faulty one.

I don't like the idea of bringing new camera angles and footage now. It shouldn't be about whether or not you can find the jab or headbutt now, it should be about what happened on the night.

On the night they watched replays right in front of us for over 26 minutes. We all saw that they couldn't find a headbutt and they ruled it that way anyway.

That's fraud. Moloney should be champ and those involved should be cast out from the sport. We don't even need to know why they did it - it's enough to know that they did do it.
