    SAN ANTONIO Mario Barrios started slower than he would've liked Saturday night, but Barrios eventually delivered the knockout of Ryan Karl that he expected. Barrios knocked out Karl in the sixth round of their scheduled 12-round, 140-pound title fight on the Gervonta Davis-Leo Santa Cruz undercard at Alamodome, where his hometown fans cheered wildly. Referee Luis Pabon stopped their bout at 2:23 of the sixth round, once Barrios' left hand sent a bloodied and battered Karl to the canvas.

    All Texas shootout ends the way I thought it would. Karl went all the way to a title shot in his career, definitely was a good move to sign with Al Haymon

            No surprise here at all. Karl never had the goods. He's been overrated for some strange reason. He is a club fighter at best.

              Overrated by exactly who? No one rates Karl. He just has an exciting style and a solid fanbase.

              Barrios is going to get killed by Prograis if that fight happens next.

                Well there were people saying before he fought Barrios that he was going to knock him out so obviously they overrated him. The world doesn't revolve around you and your opinion. Did I say anything about Barrios vs Prograis? No.

                  The Barrios vs Prograis was not tied to your post. That is a fight being discussed.

                  There were actually people saying Karl was going to KO Barrios? On here or just on social media? Barrios was the huge favorite for a reason.
