With his boxing career momentarily on hold, Hernandez turns to the world of Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) where he will make his debut this weekend. My first thought was why take such a risk

But then you need to consider he's probably being paid several times more than his normal cut.

Plus, BKFC is not really more dangerous than boxing. You'll get cut more and you need to be careful about your hands (hit the body not the skull), but you'll take a LOT less blunt force trauma to the head which will serve you better in the long run.
