I expect most of this will have blown over by the time of any potential fight and the media will have us all shutting ourselves about North Korea launching nukes or whatever the next thing they have lined up to terrorise everyone with.

Theres never crowd trouble at matchroom shows which are always very well staffed security wise and don't stand for any trouble.

If it was a Frank Warren promotion that's a different story but you won't see trouble at a big match room event.

lots of English boxing fans are crazy and violent and not content to let the fighters settle things without any outside interference. England is the home of boxing and some English fans have been scary horrible fans for the last few hundred years of boxing. In the bare knuckle days it was not unusual for fans to jump into the ring to attack the boxer who was beating their favorite. I think this fight belongs in England but with a very heavy police enforcement.

Talk nice to me before I slap cider out of yer mouth! LMAO.
Fury is a hero in Northern England, huh? First I heard of it and I live here. I've also not seen the slightest evidence than a majority of the racist cunts in London yesterday were from Northern England either, you maybe got some evidence of that? Sure we got some issues up here but the few times we've had the *******s come to Manchester in any kinda numbers we've given 'em the kinda welcome they deserve.

And that **** ain't down to Fury's comments either, the plans for the far-right actions were already in place well before Fury's involvement.

C'mon, man, last fuckin thing we need is to try and politicise this fight, or try to turn racism into some kinda regional points scoring ish... there's twats come from everywhere but thankfully I like to think most people understand the need for fairness and equality of opportunity. Absolutely no need for you to stir the pot here, most especially since you ain't provided a shred of evidence to back up your accusations.

I hope it takes place in England. I wanna see that. You racist English been pretending Boxing aint got race issues for years and going on racist rants and spouting racially charged rhetoric at Black Americans for years. So I'd love to see the fight happen in England and watch the clashes happen in the streets. I been enjoying videos of white supremacists getting knocked out in England at *** protests. Must be demoralizing to get beat up on by "Immigrants" in your own homeland while other "pure britons" watch and even help stomp you out. Racists have had this coming for centuries. Fight takes place in the UK and I'll buy the PPV.

I'm not sure a far right activist is gonna go in to bat for traveller.

Fury is not exactly a 'patriot'.

Race? There is no awful angle like that for this. That would be a massive turn off for the sport.

Also both men are just too savvy.

                AJ read a poem.

Fury will talk on anything. Often with his tongue firmly in his cheek.

There were some lads from Macclesfield and as far Newcastle there yesterday. Most Southerners who aren't from London went to Bristol and Brighton. And the average Southerner isn't as violent as the average Northerner.

Do you think that after the riots (aj fury) it would be good for tourism and economic value? What if some time it takes to simmer it down? Or is it still gonna be crazy?

I'm sure there were, but 'some lads from Macc and Newcastle' ain't how you characterised it at all, you managed to make it sound like the majority of the racists in London yesterday were from the North which I can pretty much guarantee you have no evidence for and furthermore is extremely improbable.

And I ain't quite clear that it's more violent in the North per se, clear we got our hotspots like Manchester, but I've lived a lot of places and no matter where you are poverty and violence tend to go hand in hand in hand and it's simple fact that the North is less wealthy. You go to the more deprived parts of London you see the same kinda levels of violence and violent crime and it's worth noting than in fact the worse county for violent crime in the UK is Kent (edit: Kent's now #2 for violent crime behind West Yorkshire apparently, per capita)

Maybe it'd be better to characterise it that lower income groups tend to both commit and be subject to more acts of violence whichever part of the country they hail from.

Regardless, I don't think characterising one part of the country as being responsible for racism and bigotry over others is either fair or helpful in these circumstances, nor is the suggestion that Fury has somehow aligned himself with the far right with his comments.

You ever visited Northern England, man? Seem to recall you saying you hadn't been up here much. Perhaps better if you get to know somewhere yourself, the vibe and the people, before you start making wild generalisations.
