How quickly we forget of these guys!!! Gave us two amazing upsets back to back. Right behind the Andy Ruiz vs Joshua!!! I will still follow his career. Hope he can make at least 5 - 10 million before he retires. He deserves it.

Maybe those changes will work for him. He looked bad in the ring his last fight, just like he wanted to be somewhere else. Strange. Well he made all the changes see how he shows up in the ring.

I think this is a good pairing. I really like Cancio and we all know or should how boxing is very much mental as well as physically taxing. Stalemate comes to my mind when thinking how AC looked in last outing. I think golden boy showing their true colors is a blessing in disguise. Goosen can deliver for Cancio. Whatever he needs in the mental prep and stratagy I belive. He's a straight shooter and that goes a long way when you need someone to trust. AC will be back! With his heart, how can we expect anything less!!

Wonder if he ended badly with Hoss

If he left Hoss makes me wonder if they ended badly especially since Goossen lives in the valley and Cancio is more than an hour away from him for his training camp?

I will admit that I am no expert on the sport and merely a life-long fan but I have never been impressed with Goossen. This is based on what I hear in between rounds and his assessments when he provides commentary during televised fights.

Certainly alot of fighters who know more than me have hired him as their trainer and he does provide a call demeanor with his instructions between rounds but I never thought his actual instructions or breakdown were ever that good. That's just me though...

I hear what you are saying Street and in the past past I may have agreed with you. Thing is from what little I know, what goes on behind the actual fight is much more important that those one minute times we get to hear some of what a trainer says. I found this out by listening to trainers talk about how they ply there trade so to speak. It is just an attitude or postion I now take on trainers. Not trying to grind on your comment just talking. Talking about how I have turned to look at trainers thru time. I could ramble on but who needs that ?
Take it light & we might see in the future. But there are a lot of variables in this future of boxing.
OH one more thing I really like Canceo he is a good fighter, he is one of the few who still does a 9-5 job and I like the way he carries himself in the ring and outside the ring so hope things jell for him in the future.

Can had his day in the sun. Really don't see him winning at the top again. Also machado was a huge fraud.

                  I love this combo.

I am still going to follow Andrew Cancio, I like his story, personality, humbleness, a gold heart and his motivation to fight while working full time hard in his work. I love the heart he demonstrate in the inside of the ring.
