He doesn't mean this. Why would have looked so terrified if he relishes punishment so much? I sort of wish Breland hadn't pulled the towel but I don't think it's fair for Fury to have a dead body on his record you know being a decent man of intelligence and all.

      This clown is comedy gold.
Yeah, most shields weigh more than 40 lbs.

That's just for pity-party and great narrative, especially his daughter.

This bum is a selfish cu.nt and he doesn't care about anyone.

Though I kinda understand him. It must be harder for him to live in this shame than death itself. That's what happens when you believe your own hype...

He's such a honorable man, he would choose death over defeat but at the same time our "death wish hero" can not give props when props is due. I knew that guy was a scumbag when he was celebrating the draw he was gifted in the first fight. And now where he got smashed he blamed it on his costume. That tells us this ego filled maniac is nothing but a low life.

Sorry, Deontay, You're a family man with a special needs daughter, so a needless early death in the ring is out of the question. If you need to fight Fury a third time, so be it; however, if you never fight again, you still ought to be set for life financially. If I had my way, you'd retire now with your health intact and never lace up the gloves and fight again as a professional; however, if you do fight Fury again, then make it your last fight regardless of the outcome. You owe this to yourself and your family, and any true fan would understand and expect no more of you.

The Referee would have anyway stopped the fight. First learn to handle your costume rather than your shield
