    One thing there should be no controversy over: female fighter of the decade

    Unified world champion literally the entire decade.

    Cecilia Braekhus, the First Lady of Boxing
    Already unified WBA/WBC champ with two successful defenses coming into 2010, then:
    -Won the WBO in her first fight of the decade, retained the WBA/WBC
    -Defended the WBA/WBC/WBO belts 22 times and counting
    -Won the IBF belt to unify the whole division in 2014
    -Defended the undisputed WBA/WBC/IBF/WBO championship 10 times and counting
    -Won the IBO belt in 2016
    -Defended the undisputed WBA/WBC/IBF/WBO/IBO championship 8 times and counting
    -Awarded first ever Ring ****zine women's belt
    -Crowned Ring ****zine Pound for Pound Women's Champion
    -Wins this decade over the following world champions:
    Mikaela Lauren (twice; WBC 154)
    Eva Bajic (IBF 147)
    Chevelle Hallbeck (multiple time, multiple division champ)
    Anne Sophie Mathis (twice; multiple time, multiple division champ)

        This is true.

        I wish Persoon would've chosen to move up after that fight instead of down.

        I think Persoon could get up to 140 and maybe 147. She looks big at 135. Instead, she dropped down to win an interim belt at 130.

                There's absolutely no contest... Shields has 9 fights under her belt.

                Braekhus has more wins in undisputed title fights than Shields has total fights.
