Comments Thread For: Terence Crawford Plans in 2020 - Fully Detailed By Bob Arum

WBO welterweight champion Terence Crawford (35-0, 26 KOs) will take on Egidijus Kavaliauskas (21-0-1, 17 KOs) at the Madison Square Garden in New York on Saturday immediately after the Heisman Trophy presentation on ESPN. If Crawford comfortably passes his mandatory test against Kavaliauskas, Top Rank head Bob Arum has his sights set on landing the star of his stable a more meaningful fight in 2020.

Porter is the best option. Hopefully he is smart enough to take a multi million payday plus title shot. Luis Ortiz allowed people to screw him over for their own self interest. I doubt Kenny Porter will allow that to happen to his son.

You're right, Bob. Manny would stop Crawford inside of 10 rounds.

crawford has plenty of options. he could move up and get a wbo title shot 154lbs since he already is the wbo champ at 147. kell brook is another option. hopefully al gaymon takes off his skirt and lets porter fight crawford. al gaymon is scared to death of one of his guys taking a L to a fighter promoted by a rival! spence is not fighting for awhile if at all!

Arum is smoking or Alzheimer if think pacquiao vs Crawford isn't competitive omm danny Garcia would be the most competitive fight Crawford has ever had hmm ugas urgas whatever his name is would be very competitive hmm whom else Thurman would be as well omm of course Porter as well . Any of the names I named would be head and shoulders above anyone Crawford has ever faced. I know arum who's the worst promoter of the last 20 years has to promote his 1 boxer (fury doesn't really count) but arum is talking out side of the neck

We hope Grandpa Bob Arum will pay Porter handsomely. Pacman was just asking $20M 3 years ago to fight low reward high risk Crawford!? Crawford should inform Arum of his willingness to take less money to fight PBC guys.

                LOL

None of those fights are gonna happen. Crawford will fight some journeymen that no one has ever heard of... AGAIN.

                  Bob Arum is insane.

This is why I can't take this guy seriously. He tries to act like his stable and PBC stable is damn near equal to one another. Danny Garcia, Keith Thurman, Shawn Porter, Ugas Manny Pacquiao would ALL be Crawford's best win by far if he were to beat any of them, yet Bob acts like they have nothing past Spence and Porter. Hell if Bob had Danny Garcia he would be the 2nd best WW in the division all of a sudden and I'll go one further if he had Adrien Broner he would act like he is better than everyone except Spence in the PBC stable. I pay no mind to anything this man says until it's finalized because he is straight full of s hit.

Bob's plans are all no hopers except Porter and I doubt Bob will send a legit offer to Al for Porter. Bob likes to feed his fighters as many no hopers as he can. Cherry picking 140lbers moving up from Top Rank's stable I believe is priority #1.

Crawford will more than likely fight a faded former champ or bum next. His resume at welterweight is dog ****. Only dumbass bunboys think this cherry picking hype job wants tough opponents when his resume proves otherwise.
