Why was the Rivas team simply not notified of the dirty sample, the hearing and brought in to the decision to move forward?

Ask any professional UK boxers how many times per year they get tested and when.

Ukad has hardly any money and test a tiny % of fighters/fights. Random testing i.e. not immediately pre/post fight is almost unknown.

Because WADA rules say investigations must be confidential. Go cry to WADA, UKAD follows the rules they don't make them.

UKAD tests who they want when they want. They don't need to ask a fighter to voluntarily sign up, or take a cheque from a fighter or his promoter like the only random testing the US fighters use.

Do you have any figures for how many pro UK boxers were tested by ukad, outside of those that BBBC pay for? Also figures from BBBC for how many tests they paid ukad for and when those tests were administered? In the event of a test fail in a test requested by BBBC but conducted by ukad who has responsibility for meeting any subsequent legal costs?
