His chin is crazy and I guess that's why he has never been dropped.

The uppercut and left hook Josh dropped him with would've hurt any boxer. Even when he got up, Josh caught him with a couple of big shots and he never seemed fazed. Wilder can't beat that guy and anyone who's going to beat him would have to jab and move for 12 rds.

Matchroom has insurance so they would have been compensated nicely, had the fight been canceled or postponed. The only one who would have stood to lose $Millions was AJ and perhaps DAZN.

You expect him to say AJ had a panic attack and I convinced him to fight?

At the same time though, I believe that AJ's dad is copping out. Had Joshua won the fight, then we wouldn't have a heard a peep out of him. I just think that he is hurt and bitter like many of AJ fans are because he lost.

Even if that's true, that wouldn't be a reason to cancel the fight. Panic attacks are harmless and only lasts one to five minutes. When it's gone you fee normal again and can go bcak to whatever you were doing. Mentally it's not a good sign and it's not ideal at all before a fight or anything you have to in front of an audience but it's not really something debilitating.

It's the normal thing to do as a dad. That's just the natural instinct after seeing your son look like he's about to be killed and can you fault him for that?

If you're a dad, you probably would've done worse unless you don't like your son.

I've given my reasons and Whyte said the same thing. Joshua didn't want to be here and got tired of the pressure. Hearn got the same sense from him that he was happy he lost because the pressure is taken off of him.

Forced to fight where he didn't want to fight

The man who holds Hearn's empire together (his words not mine)

The future of Matchroom USA on his shoulders

U.S. debut, his introduction to the international stage.

Had to impress more than Wilder on Wilder's turf. AJ himself made it a competition when he said he hoped Wilder finished Breazeale in rounds after he did

This is a guy who wouldn't allow Wilder in the ring. He was afraid to facetime Wilder by himself. Went quiet after Wilder offered him $50 and when he finally did respond he told the fans to go train and fight him. This dude was a panic attack waiting to happen

I agree and I get all of that. If this is indeed true, then the fight should have been called off the moment that Joshua had suffered the panic attack but instead AJ and Eddie Hearn decided to forge ahead anyway. All I am saying is had Joshua won the fight then his dad would have never brought this topic up in the first. He would have conveniently changed his tune.

Was going to mention this earlier, but in the context of the way fires start when people WANT to believe something or find it particularly believable. I bet this could be proven false and it would still carry on into lore because people have decided it's true.
