floyd was never number 1 nor dominant in any division. There is even a feasible argument for saying hes not an ATG, ATGs are those that dominated the world with flair. But the sheer body of work mitigates for Floyd being one.

The custom made Argentina flag gloves were rejected by the comission after the inspection by Floyd and his team. The comission then did approve the next pair but at that point Floyd wasn't willing to let Maidana wear his gloves because of the illegal custom ones.
