Forgot to factor in Loma's hand though - Loma's got his hand in a cast and won't be good to go till September earliest. So either Commey waits till Sept, or takes a soft mandatory in July and schedules Loma after that.
Needless to say Teo isn't a soft mandatory, so likely Commey would wait it out till Loma's hand better (they said its not as bad as originally feared, so shouldn't be long).
Designating Teo vs Tatli as an eliminator for the IBF mandatory slot shortchanges the one person above Teo in the IBF rankings, Nakatani, but as Nakatani has the 'who dat?' factor, and one wonders how on earth he got to that ranking, I'm sure he wouldn't mind.
