when theres a potential 2 mil buys and 160mil in US ppv money on the table

    potentially.....

do you go flat fee on a non ppv subscription model?

oh youll charge 20 bucks for a month subscription? oh nice...so your gonna leave potentially 60 bucks a head on the table?

so what if the 20 dollar price tag entices more viewers and it does 4 mil in subscriptions for the month? do the fighters, wilder in particular, get an upside cut?!?!?!

    nope! he doesnt....LOL....

    2 million ha?
You're saying that fight would sell about double Canelo-GGG
I don't see it. If they hit 700-800k it would be huge IMO.

These Hearntards don’t realize Wilder makes 100 million with 2 AJ fights on showtime. Why would he give Dazn more fights for less money. Dazn is bad business.

Then it wont happen for a while, Joshua needs to be built up more here in America to the casuals for those kind of numbers to be reached. Wilder is not exactly a household name either. I just dont see it, those numbers are Mayweather-Canelo, Tyson-Lewis type numbers.

Joshua isn't a big name in America. Fury is more known here.

Wilder is betting on himself, and I hope that bet pays off. Wilder vs AJ has the potential to be huge. DAZN puts a cap on that.

AJ only needs this miller fight...hes already done his press tours over here......hes been making the rounds over here on ESPN and radio...plus the buzz here for this fight has been good to strong for about a year now.....it doesnt need more time....just needs june 1st to come and them to hammer out a deal for sept/oct....thats really all it needs

2 mil buys is $75 mil. The cable providers take half.

Keep seeing Wilder fans like the OP and they haven't a ****ing clue what they're talking about.

                    yup

lets say 4 million people sign up for the month of that fight for 20 bucks....does wilder get an upside cut? nope

theres too much ppv on the table to cut that out of the equation

as ive said 100x...DAZN wanted to kill any of their risk...and there deal was a desperate ploy to do just that...if AJ loses a 50/50 fight they lose on their investment.....wilders team made him good money and lose nothing really......AJs side sees alot of money the invested flushed down the toilet....this move was about protecting that and controlling the fight....its a ****** model and theyre just hoping to reverse course on the notion that AJ is the multiple time ducker....and they know their audience....suckers....who defy common sense and logic...and boxing finance
