I never think about boxing in Canada outside of GYM promoted boxers.

Any Canadians here? Whatcha guys think of this?

Seems like a good thing & Hearn racking up TV deals. He needs to pick up some Canadian mfers now. Think he's got Beterbiev doe, who while not Canadian has been fighting there so thats good.

So this was the big international deal Hearn was talking about. I was thinking maybe Russia or Germany.

But they all fight on PPV in Quebec. What is a regular HBO or Showtime fight in the US is a PPV for us here.

I'm glad to hear this news. Before I signed up for my free month on DAZN to catch Joshua last saturday, I was afraid the fight wouldn't be available on DAZN in Canada but it was.

It's a good news because any fighter out of Quebec (I'll speak for my province only here) that "makes it" on the international level (Pascal, Bute, Stevenson and Lemieux) fights on PPV (for our local market) even if the fight is on regular Showtime or HBO in the US (HBO Canada can't broadcast a Lemieux fight for example). Hell even their tuneups are PPV (for example Lemieux vs Achour).

Our saving grace this year has been the fact that TSN and RDS (Canada's and Quebec's equivalent of ESPN) have made a strong effort this year to showcase live all of Showtime's and HBO's cards not involving Pascal, Lemieux, Stevenson and co. This is really good since Showtime is not available in Canada.

                    What a Joke

Markowski is full of ****. I just now extracted myself out of a subscription I took out with these bandits last Winter and am still out money.
