This despite the former unified lightflyweight champion ( Hekkie Budler ) vacating the IBF 108 title is a solid world-title contest ; either man ( Felix Alvarado and Randy Petalcorin ) would of gave Budler a good test. Randy Petalcorin is underrated : his last loss in 2016 to the hometown fighter Omari Kimweri should of been overturned by the WBC because the crooked ref Malcolm Bulner refused to call at least four knockdowns!

Nevertheless its kinda funny that Randy Petalcorin that was jobbed in Australia has to return to win a title there. I don't know whats going on, obviously neither Alvarado or Petalcorin are from 'Down-Under' so I just hope they both get proper officiating, may the best man win!
