If AJ hadn't said that, Wilder and his fanboys would have no excuses to hide behind right now. It was a bad PR move by AJ and Haymon capitalised on it by taking the risk of potentially lowballing him with 50/50 in foreign territory.

People are forgetting that Finkel's $50million offer came with a 24 hour take it or leave it deadline and he refused to give Hearn any info or details about it.
