Cong**** to Hurd: first man to dominate the cuban nightmare Lara

Hurd handled Lara his 3rd loss, but it's safe to say that the Williams loss was the biggest robbery of the decade and the CLenelo fight was a clear draw.

Hurd won clearly in my book, won at least 6 rounds + the KD.

Hurd is the first fighter to dominate Lara, a P4P experienced southpaw.

Due to his size, Hurd has a bright future and I could see him picking belts up to 160 and 168.

He just has to tighten his defense or he will end like De Gale, half shot and teethless.

    Dominate?

It was a pretty even fight. Which was surprising because Lara fought completely out of his zone.

Some really blind posters here. That was a very close fight.

        Dominate?!?!?!?! lol huh?

        Lara gots:

        a majority decision draw.
        a majority decision loss.
        a split technical decision draw
        a split decision loss.
and now a split decision loss.

He's not been dominately beaten in his pro career I'd argue.

But this is his most decisive loss.

Idk what you are talking about vs what OP is talking about, but my name is Paul & thats between y'all.

For sure idk that I'd classify this as "Hurd is the first fighter to dominate Lara", If you are fair play to hold that opinion, but I'd disagree with it.

Why is there always this sort of overreaction whenever there is a close fight (in the eyes of the judges and most fans)?

I saw Lara edging the fight but I'm cool with the decision .
                Dominated ? I wouldn't call it a dominant performance from Hurd .

                  Wassup Eff?

Dude I just meant he's the first man "to beat decisively" Lara.

                  Dominant doesn't mean "one sided".

I thought he clearly edged the fight with a KD.

Williams and Canelo didn't beat Lara. Hurd did IMO.

Hurd deserved the decision IMO and battered Lara at the end of the fight.

Fight might have been close on the cards but Lara got beat up. Hurd put hands on him. That 12th round beating reminded me of Kovalev-Hopkins.
