Lara vs Andrade ship has sailed. It's never coming back.

Make no mistake. Andrade didn't want Lara either, but at least he felt obligated to do it after the Culcay fight and actually waited for September thinking the Lara negotiations would begin. Till he found out Lara was not really up to it.

People need to leave Lara alone. He wants nothing to do with the top guys in his division and would rather make his own fights.

Never give in to his penchant for cherrypicked fights.

Is Lara moving up to 160? Didn't Andrade? Seems like that fight went from a 3% chance of happening to about a 0% chance right now with how these mfers seem to operate.

Lara is my boy, but I think he's got that Stevenson mindset of just cashing respectable purses vs subpar opposition for where they are at talent wise/accomplishment wise for the time being with a goal of cashing out sooner or later in a bigger fight that won't be as timely as it could've been.

If this were true then Lara would have been stripped.

Ask yourself this. Why didn't Andrade push for his mandatory shot like Ortiz is doing? And if what this guy is saying is true, why didn't the WBA force Lara to fight Andrade like they forced GGG to fight Jacobs.

See how he claims Lara is an old man and therefore doesn't want to fight him anymore? What kind of mandatory challenger says something like this if he really wants the fight.

Before this he blatantly admitted that he would only fight Lara as a last resort.

He also by the way, when he was still WBO champ, pulled out of a lucrative showtime deal because the deal stipulated that he had to face Lara, and pulled out of another deal Showtime offered because they wanted him to fight Jermell Charlo.

He was also listed by the WBC after his victory over Nelson as one of Jermell Charlo's two mandatories, with Jermell having to fight Hatley and then Andrade in succession, but guess what? The coward pulled out and the wbc had to schedule another eliminator, which resulted in Lubin becoming the new mandatory. Here is proof that he was Charlo's mandatory after beating Nelson in the mini tournament....

otherwise provided a good measuring stick for what Andrade could do. Andrade showed good speed with his combinations, moving well and dropping Nelson once in the
first, once in the 11th and twice in the 12th before winning by technical knockout. The victory put him in position to challenge Charlo for a
world title — a potential reversal of roles — or Charles Hatley, should Hatley beat Charlo in a fight expected to
happen next for both.

There it is, all the proof you need. Andrade is a fraud. Trust me he will never fight a top opponent. This guy is trying to cash out big without paying the dues first.

That's why I stopped supporting him. Believe it or not, after Mayweather retired, Andrade was the guy I was riding with. Of course, that was before I started paying attention to the details and realised what a fraud he is.

I'm riding with the Charlos and Spence now. So far they have backed up their words and fought all comers.

In all honesty I prefer Andrade's fighting style, it's pleasing to the eyes but he's a fraudulent coward so I can't do anything about that.
