PED's of today are in and out of your system within hours

What ever any athlete is on is nothing hardcore like what Barry Bonds or Mark McGwire was on.

PED's used by athletes now are for recovery and quick burst of energy and they are out of their system in a matter of hours.

To get caught using PED's today, you either have to be snitched on, or dumb enough to use old school PED's.

24/7 VADA, USADA, whatever, won't catch PED cheats. PED's are part of sports now. The sports needs to look to regulate them and educate athletes about them, not ban them.

This is unbiased reality. Yes, you read correctly, PED's are out of your system within hours now. Anyone can use them like candy, no test of today will catch them.

That's why WADA has spent millions on their Athlete Biological Passport testing and procedures in conjunction with current test. Short story - ABP gives WADA signatories, such as USADA, the authority and justification to bring forth doping violations without finding the dope.

It is the future of testing.

ADOs are always behind. Angencies such as VADA, who can not participate in WADA ABP testing, will always be playing catch up.

A recent qoute from Victor Conte about ABP:

The latest craze, Conte says, is so-called peptide hormones, which produce more growth hormone in the body or increase the impact of naturally produced testosterone. Conte says use of this type of drug is "rampant" because "they don`t have a test" for it. The most popular product, he says, is IGF1-LR3, which slowly releases synthetic testosterone and basically doubles an athlete's circulating testosterone level. But when tested, most athletes still come under WADA`s accepted maximum testosterone/epitestosterone ratio of 4:1 (most men's ratio is around 1:1).

              More from Victor Conte :

"People are using it, you can buy it relatively cheap on the internet and there is no test for it yet, Conte says. "The only way they could bring charges against you was if they did the test over a period of time, say six months on a monthly basis, and they had six different tests showing fluctuations. So in other words you would have to use a biological passport approach. They are not going to do that. They are not testing that many times."

(Ignore Victor Conte last statement. He's been trying to launch VADA by selling the idea that WADA won't do or doesn't do certain testing. Ignore this part. No different than when he incorrectly accused USADA of not doing CIR test.

VADA does probably 20 test total all year vs WADA and it's signatories doing 100000's test Worldwide.

ABP is more cost effective and efficient in the long run when dealing with a larger pool of athletes.)

For example, what A-Rod was on (which he was never caught using) was testosterone gummies, he was snitched on by Anthony Boesch, his supplier. They would leave no trace in his system by the time the game was finished and he was tested.

                  Here's more info:

The truth is that testosterone users are very hard to catch because it's a drug that enters and leaves the human body very quickly. The cycle takes less than 24 hours, according to Verducci, and the payoff is benefits like "strength gain, muscle recovery and the prevention of tissue breakdown."

What's really troubling is how quickly testosterone can leave a player's body. BALCO founder Victor Conte told USA Today after word of Cabrera's suspension came through in August that testosterone can leave the body in about eight hours, making it very easy for savvy cheaters to avoid getting caught.

"The only people that get caught are the dumb, and the dumber," said Conte.

HGH could be undetectable if used correctly and in timely manner.

What About HGH? Is It Truly Undetectable?

There are many rumors circulating the internet and athletic/bodybuilding crowds that HGH is completely undetectable in any standard steroid test. However, this is not the case. In all actuality, there are some highly specialized tests out there that can quantify HGH anywhere from 24 to 36 hours after the last injection. As such, should you choose to supplement with HGH, keep this in mind.
