Does that make me a band wagon jumper?
I like Gennady and the 'high school musical show'.
He brings a guarantee that there will be an exciting fight. In fact, there is literally nothing to NOT to like for other than his skin color.
I'm noticing fans of African American fighters take offense to GGG winning and being entertaining doing it.
I'm not sure why that would upset people. Boxing is boxing and exciting fights are fun to watch. For me, it's that simple.
Second one is just purely ******, it's the great hype effect, he fought his first real test in his 37th fight, and almost lost.

Golovkin has been so dominant in his fights that when someone has any degree of success against him (i.e. he gets hit) they think he's been exposed. Clearly his fight against Brook wasn't close. Yes he got whacked a few times. He ended Brook when he felt like it. Jacobs held up well against him but please don't pretend that Jacobs wasn't just surviving to get to the 12th round. Sure he hit Golovkin. Never phased him but he hit him. It is boxing after all. I could care less who wins as long as they deserve the win. Maybe Canelo can do it. More power to him if he can but imho its not bloody likely.

IMO the chance of Golovkin getting knocked out by Canelo is significantly higher than Chavez. Golovkin is a very busy offensive fighter, so the chance is he'll leave himself open several times. If he loses concentration for one second, he may find himself on his ass.

Why not look at his last last ten opponents rankings at 160 then come back here educated and we'll speak like men.
Only an idiot would say he fought only one decent opponent. Just because he blew them out don't mean they're not good fighters. I love how you dumb a55es like to criticize him because he let one fighter who was probably doping make it 12 rounds In all of his title fight wins.
Gennady is a credit to the sports and as long as he's still winning you haters will hate.
