All these guys haven't fought in a while and I haven't heard anything regarding solid dates for fights or anything. Is there any reason why these guys are not fighting? Injuries? Promoter issues?

Bradley is most likely taking a break
Vargas, haven't heard from aince Pac fight. He wants a Bradley rematch and we'll probably get that.
Chavez just fought and is fighting again soon, I think.

Garcia just fought in March
Wilder was supposes to fight in Fox in July.
Heiland and Charlo are fighting each other, maybe in that Boxing World Series thing.
Miller is having promotional problems
