Tbh, it was Kovalev who turned down the purse bid. And his string of defences were really good considering he couldnt get Kov or Ward.

BJS beat Eubank Jr and Andy Lee. He's not a bum. He seems to have similar problems to Tyson Fury though - erratic behaviour, ballooning in between fights and lacking motivation after getting a world title.

BJS didn't fight Eubank as champ.

BJS won the title in 2015 and has only defended it once, against a complete uknown. Next he is fighting a middle aged midget.
