I was a good fight but it wasn't the best heavyweight fight ever. Lye Foreman was incredible.

Vitali and Vlad are better than Lennox and Joshua.

      Poor post.

It was a good fight but? Lets not get carried away! In terms of intensity and technical skills shown inside of the ring, there are a lot of heavyweight fights that happened in the 90's that where greater! All of the Holyfield vs Bowe fights displayed a greater intensity and skill level! and there where many more....

Anthony Joshua was pretty much gassed and walking under water after 5 rounds! If he as fighting the Wladimir Kiltschko that David Haye fought? he of probably been taken apart in the second half of the fight!

My original prediction was that the longer the fight goes, Anthony Joshua will become more and more static! Joshua is like the more sophisticated version of Frank Bruno! I actually think after watching that fight last night? that David Haye if he ever finds his way back to a title position, can beat Anthony Joshua!

(If the rematch happens with Wladimir Kiltschko? i will be predicting a win for Kiltschko! even at 41 years of age, i don't really think he is the type of fighter you want to fight twice from a technical perspective! Inside of his mind now, Wladimir Kiltschko has complied a immense amount of data to utilize)......

Not only was the fight great, both fighters made it about the fans. Doesn't get classier then that.

Let me say this as clearly as it should be said: Anthony Joshua vs. Wladimir Klitschko was probably the best HW fight ever. All of that excitement, with their trading of brutal knockdowns and jelly legs, and the great heart and patience that both of them showed. It simply doesn't get any more entertaining. I prefer to watch the big lions fight, even if the small cats can be cool too. And these were truly two lions going at it. Klitschko had an amazing last stand, surviving the two knockdowns and still fighting on. It was beautiful to watch. Notice how you could see Joshua maturing as a fighter during the match. He had trouble with Wladimir's experience, but he fought patiently and stayed focused and took his chance, as late as the chance came. A well deserved victory.

And both of them are true gentleman, respecting themselves, each other and the fans. They are great for the sport.
... No. kid... There were others bigger than this!...

Take Ali vs Foreman, for instance...

Ali vs. Foreman was good, but not nearly as entertaining, let's get real. Most of the fight was Ali standing with his back against the ropes and Foreman looking sluggish. This was an entirely different level of entertainment.

                yeah....best ever.

Way more excitement here than when JJ beat Burns or Jeffries. Far more exciting than the million dollar gate. Way more tension in the air than the Louis-Schmelling USA vs **** rivalry. Charles, Walcott, Moore, and Marciano hardly had fans interests. Ali, Frazier, and Foreman rivalry is hardly memorable, and no one even got out of their seats for Mike, Evander, and Lennox.

I mean **** bro...**** no. History is the greatest fight in history. That island today only has like 6 billion people. You can energize their whole population and it still would only rank with not surpass the excitement of the past.

I mean let's throw this into some perspective. Demokrates is probably the most popular fighter of all time. He was around Jesus's age. I mean in the year 25 AD he was like 27 or some ****. Demo was huge from the Roman Empire to Japan. You can see him depicted in Axum art, Chinese art, Greco-Roman art, Anatolian art, Japanese art, Kush art, Persian art, and Indian art. He had far more than 6 billion fans, and his fame sparked new forms of fighting like Kung Fu. AJ and Wlad can't **** with that kind of global excitement. The whole ancient world stopped for Demo.

My point is as you go back in history the excitement around boxing raises. The most excitement in boxing history centers around ancient fighters, second would be the bare knuckle era, then today's greats. Because there wasn't any football etc.

Great heavyweight fight in a long, long time. I hope Ortiz, Parker and Wilder can make some good fights to help the division.
