All this is irrelevant if he loses on Saturday. A more polished answer would be to say he's focused on his fight and not thinking how much money he'll make in the future. You kinda set yourself for failure if you're talking about being a billionaire (in or out of boxing) this early in your career.

Floyd's the ultimate business man in the right country at the right time with super skills.... Best combination and executed to perfection, firstly outside the ring (business) and then inside the ring.

Joshua could never match it even if he reigns forever, as he'll only ever fought heavyweight contenders and won't be able to fight a " champion" from another division, and he can't change his nationality.

Reality is if Joshua was in the U.S and was built up the same way he was in the UK, he'd be 5x a bigger star than what he is now and he'd be getting 50 million for this fight.

But no matter what, as a heavyweight, he'd only ever be able to do 5 or so big fights over his career. So if he was in the U.S he'd make 250 million from those and then endorsements. If he was his own promoter then do the math, even more.

Think about Floyd with his "0" at 135, 140, 147....there are always about 20 other champs in and around those divisions that you can fight and also hype up to be a hard challenger...look at boxrec.

He didn't fight Pac at his prime and that worked out triple in his favor.

As I started out this post, Floyd was the best business man of them all and should be studied for it. Unfortunately it only really works for one or two people though before the public figures it out as they've already seen that rodeo and the whole TV industry is changing now.

Even though i don't rate Floyd as an all time great boxer (i don't even believe he was a 0) fighter, i worship the guy from a business perspective and much to his credit he also encourages other boxers to be their own boss.

For Joshua it's all irrelevant, he's getting beat convincingly by Klitshcko anyway (my prediction anyway).

Ali with this media coverage and social media would have been insane!
