Really enjoyed this one. Both were on the verge of winning at different times. Early candidate for FOTY. The whole card was excellent and long may it continue.

Khytrov was the WBC #2 contender. Jermall Charlo should jump up and fight Aleem or Heiland this spring!

Great fight.Great card.Floyd deserves credit for that but...Please don't be a promoter then say you're betting on the fight..Like Oscar buying Ring ****zine. It's not a good look.Still,though.Keep it up.

I didn't realize Aleem was only 23, no need to rush him.

In no way did Aleem blast Khytrov out. It was a fun fight. Aleem almost blew it in that first round by gassing himself out. Lucky for him he carries power well even when hes tired and he had an undisciplined fighter in front of him that didn't care much for defense. I was there live and it was much mre of back and forth energy in that arena than a "blast out" fight. Overall loved it

Khytrov's defence was an absolute joke in this fight, and for a fighter with his style I think his power and chin are not up to the task at the top level

It's kind of funny, but Ariff Magomedov was also WBC #2, when he lost to that journeyman Hernandez. The WBC only ranked Hernandez at #14 after that (he was previously unranked in their top 40, just like Aleem). I imagine Aleem will be in the top 10, but not top 5.

Aleem's a young 23, not need to rush him into a title like they did Antoine Douglass. Let him develop vs good journeymen.
