However, I do get some pretty intense adrenaline watching fights that I really care about. Like, seriously intense, and I can't help it. There's been several times when the adrenaline dump after a big fight was so much that I couldn't go out that night because I felt exhausted and sick after. Didn't matter who won/lost, it was just the intensity of being at the edge of my seat, adrenaline pumping, knowing someone could get put to sleep at any moment.
Man, same happens to me. And people dies from it. The stress can cause a heart attack... happens regularly.

It's ok to get a bit crazy, as long as you don't get sad and or stressed, that's when it becomes dangerous.

I know you know all these stuff but just wanted to comment that I feel the same. Actually I missed Kovalev KD because I went to the kitchen to chill out a bit... and the same happened when I was watching GGG-Brook. I had to go to the kitchen a few minutes cuz stress was too bad for me.

Back in 2008 watching Federer vs Nadal wimbledon final, that day I felt pain in my chest and I realized that it's serious... you can't play with emotions like that.

for real, especially if you have a lot of money on a certain outcome it intensifies the feeling to the point of your heart exploding.

Yeah, I cried after Wlad lost to Fury as well. Not because Wlad lost, but I cried when Fury started singing Aerosmith to his wife. I was imagining him singing that song to me and then my heart just couldn't take it.

Nothing wrong with crying, it doesn't make you any less of a man.. I shed a tear watching the Ali tribute and it's not like I knew the man or anything. I also leaked a bit watching the legendary nights of Gatti ward. Gatti had more heart than anyone out there and his life ended terribly....

yeah i get the same thing. Thats what keeps me watching boxing, cause despite all the crap and the hundreds of things that are wrong with the sport, when the build up is finished and the first bell goes on a big fight then there is nothing like it, no sport can compare to it for me.
