Kov is definitely bigger you can see he is more drawn down to make LH where Andre looks to carry that little more roundness .

Definitely seems like it, but hard to say for sure because the camera is closer to kovalev and at an angle. Ward wears his Jordans a lot so I don't think shoes are likely a factor here.
