We're not casual fans, we don't have to read the same ****ty reporters with the same ****ty biases. There are plenty of far more objective writers who don't write as if they have a bottle of Smirnoff in their hand like Steve Kim. But yeah, what you're saying is true--the narrative among guys like him and Raphael would be different.

that would great the backlash of the death of Rod Salka (R.I.P.) would force the government to get involved with boxing and run it like a real sport and haymon and alot of official will be in prison.

Well he wouldn't have the opportunity to fight the recycled Sergio Martinez opponents on HBO. He would have been lambasted for fighting a welterweight. He wouldn't get the deification treatment from Jim Lampley and his crew. He basically wouldn't get as much exposure as he does now. In other words, he would be Arthur Beterbiev.

Nothing would change. He'd still be fighting bums.

He would rot in the Haymon stable. They would duck him way worse than he is now. He'll fight once a year fighting TBAs.

Only difference is the possibility of 20 anti-GGG threads a day getting reduced and the Haymon fanboys would embrace him. Right now they're blaming K2, the media, GGG and others for fights not being made. I don't see them blaming Haymon if GGG is with him.

They'll probably also become anti Canelo who's been criticized by his own people regarding his handling of the GGG fight.

            It's predictable.

              A lot of questions; discuss..
That's the wrong question; if Golovkin was a "PBC fighter" (not sure if you're intending that Golovkin debuted in the US with Haymon instead of K2, or if you're literally saying that he jumped over at the official debut of the formal PBC deal), he would've had to have fought at least a couple tough fights before he got on any major money.

We'd have a better gauge as to how good Golovkin actually was, without question.

The PBC fanboys would flip 180 like they did on catchweights, in-house fights and PEDs, just like they did when Mayweather/Haymon started doing the same things they used to go on and on and on about Pacquaio for doing

Catchweights = the devil's work until Floyd fought Canelo

In-house fights = Arum was ruining boxing with these, until Haymon created an entire network of in-house fights, unless the opponent was a showcase fight for one of Haymon's favourites

PEDs = Pac was a raging juicehead until Mayweather had to get a retrospective TUE for using an IV.
