Ward vs Kovalev - whats going on with Roc Nation and Andre Ward?

Timeline of the last couple weeks

1. Ward not showing up to his own presser to promote/generate attention for the fight. (Presser was planned several weeks before it happened, Ward only a couple days before the presser said he will not attend)
   
2. If Ward didn't want to sit at the presser for an hour a couple days after the Brand fight, why was there not even one Roc Nation representative showing up to the press conference?
   
3. Ward, whether in the Jim Lampley interview nor in the ring with Kovalev never seemed eager to promote the Kovalev fight, seemed uninterested and absent.
   
4. Roc Nation suddenly preventing the Tickets to go on sale for the fight.
   
5. Roc Nation abruptly not agreeing to announce the venue for the fight - the T-Mobile Arena which was agreed on by both teams last year.
   
6. Roc Nation not putting out a statement and clarify this whole mess.

Does Roc Nation / Ward want to delay the fight, possibly circumvent the fight from happening?

This all seems really fishy to me. What is going on here?

Who would come to a presser when the fight isn't even signed yet?

A fight is usually announced, than a press conference like the day later and then tickets go on sale.

Main Event has jumped the gun, the fight isn't even official yet (I don't think.)

The fight is over 2 1/2 months away. GGG vs. Brook, Canelo vs. Smith, Fury vs. Klitschko and Pacquiao vs. Vargas are all closer. GGG vs. Brook tickets went on sale 2 months before the fight. Canelo vs. Smith tickets went on sale two months before the fight. Pacquiao vs. Vargas is closer and their ticket sales will be announced Sept. 8th at the press conference. Fury vs. Klitschko is supposed to be held in October and there's no word on a venue or ticket sales. Ward vs. Kovalev is right on target just like the other fights. Stop with the fake concern about the fight. Just stop!

one thing I find telling is roc nation has been saying IF this fight take place etc etc, its never when its IF this fight happens but that was a few weeks ago, now who knows i dont follow it. I just wait till I see them in the ring.
