Money May is a marketing and P.R. genius. McGregor stands about a snowball chance in hell of ever challenging or meeting Floyd Mayweather, Jr. In the ring or let alone an octagon. Floyd is just keeping his name out there, so he can remain relevant and generate some much needed publicity for his new incorporated boxing promotional firm.
So the joke is on McGregor for being so gullible.
