I say it's a taste of your own medicine, If all goes well for Lomachenko I'd definitely be up for the rematch between Lomachenko and Salido but this time not in Texas/California and also not that same referee they had last time he is god awful one of the worst in the States.
The referee they had last time (Lawrence Cole) also did Lomachenko a huge favour by allowing him to clinch constantly - everytime Salido got on the inside actually - and not taking points away from him. You can't just criticize Salido while ignoring all the clinches that Lomachenko initiated. He made the fight look like a featherweight remake of Wlad-Povetkin. Be fair, Cole was terrible and both men were dirty, each in his own way.

Is clinching the same as low-blowing and headbutts?
      GTFO with that ****.

        Excessive clinching is.

There's no shame in losing your second pro fight against a tough veteran like Salido. Loma lost, move on.

Don't ever compare clinching to low-blows and headbutts! Low-blows and headbutts actually cause damage. Well, if you come in with your head like Andre Ward you can cause damage, but Loma wasn't doing that.
Excessive clinching is illegal and Loma probably should have been taken a point off, but Salido should of had two or three points deducted for his BS.
It's funny how when other fighter clinch nobody says anything to them...weird.

Frankly I don't trust Compubox Stats, but if they are true, then what he should do to win is simple: 1) throw more punches than the opponent and 2) connect more punches than the opponent. I didn't see the fight, so IDK if the stats from that company are correct. In both stats, Salido lost by a clear margin.

I think Salido won. 118 to 113. there was an even round in the 6th.

so its ok up to a certain point? and what is that point? completely subjective? i suppose low blows are ok up to a certain point as well. just don't go golota and its alright. no excessive low blowing.

                      Yeah man

I had it 115 - 113 Salido, but I never give out even rds when scoring

It seems like 85% of people that scored the fight on here or writers gave it to Salido but It was such a exciting fight that no ones complaining about the result.

Salido should have got the decision though and should be holding 2 belts right now
