Who's the greatest white heavyweight boxer of all time?

In the 70's, it's called the GREAT WHITE HOPE. I think so far Vitaly Klitschko has got what it takes to be the greatest white heavyweight boxer of all time. (Do we consider John Ruiz, who has been a title-holder for sometime now, a "white"?)
A number of white sluggers in the past also comes to mind. They provided life, excitement and top-caliber challenges in the black-dominated heavyweight division.

    Rocky Marciano
    Joe Bugner
    Tommy Morrison
    Gerry Cooney
    Duane Bobick
    Henry Cooper
    Jerry Quarry
    George Chuvalo
    Gerrie Coetzee
Chuck Wepner (who inspired the first Rocky movie)
    Randy "Tex" Cobb
    James "Bonecrusher" Smith
    to name a few.

Who's the greatest white HW boxer of all time for you?

      Ruiz is actually is Latino.

My pick is The Rock, one of the greatest fighters of all time. Rocky knew his flaws and knew he was vulnerable and worked against the flaws to make him better.

Can't be much debate there. Though John L Sullivan achieved a lot but you can't really compare him I don't think.

Gerry Cooney was a fighter with great potential, who lost the desire after losing to Larry Holmes, a true underachiever. Quarry was a very talented fighter who never seemed to train himself into top physical condition, which played a big part in his failure to ever become Champ, along with his tendency to cut. Max Baer and Ingamar Johannson were both pretty good fighters who were both Champs at one point in their careers, along with Schmeling. And of course, the rock tops them all lol.
