Honest, solid points made by Ward without all the extra BS. It's a shame we didn't get to see this fight.

Wards a good guy, I like the way he clarified things & did not show his @$$ like team GGG does. GGG's next ring walk song should be "I was just frontin" By Pharrell.

one ducker respects another no surprise. making ****** unreasonable demands that were turned down doesn't mean the guy didn't want to fight you. the blame rests squarely on you ward. you turned down the fight when ggg was the b-side. blame yourself. when ggg was the a-side you wanted him to wait 15 months and give you 50-50. which b-side demands that kind of crap? what boxing fan expects the a-side to do everything the b-side wants? oh ward/floyd fans the same guys who always talked about how floyd can dictate and pac should accept 40 million etc...lmao

Not once did he mention Khan. He may be speaking on the level of competition faced as to why he respects Saul. I'm no Canelo fan, heck, I don't like him, but if you put his resume next to GGGs, you could probably compare Canelo's career in Mexico to GGGs up to this point. On paper, Saul has fought vastly superior competition, and that's probably where the respect from Ward for Saul stems from.

He dislikes GGG because he tried to make a fight with him happen, and he emerged from that covered in mud from GGG, his team and his fan base. Sounds like a normal reaction to me. Not butt hurt anywhere.

Very petty comments from a supposed classy guy.

Coach, this is canelo resume on paper.
Decision win against an ancient Mosley.
                    Close decision against trout.
                    Razor thin decision against Lara.
Ko of a shell of angulo.
Ko of a shell of Kirkland without Anne.
Decision of a past prime, undersized cotto.
                    Complete whitewash against mayweather.
Now a catchweight fight against a chinny guy who isn't even among the 5 best,2 weight classes under.Every time that canelo has gone up against decent opposition that isn't past prime or undersized, its been close decisions,or white washes. There's really nothing to admire, and ward is only saying that to spite golovkin.
