Another fatty saying you can't work out and develop muscles past the age of 30 without juicing. Why don't you take your fat ass to the gym sometimes, and if you do, I don't know.. actually work out, instead of playing with your damned phone. You might be surprised at the results.

But dont confuse actual new muscle myofibilar hypertrophy(more nuculi) with bigger muscle sarcoplasmic hypertrophy(more fluid). Powerlifters can decide at 40 that their bodies cant take stress of lifting that kind of weight anymore and move to bodybuilding and be absolutely jacked in pretty much no time because they have spent the last 25 years adding neculi to their muscle cells.
Generally what you see in athletes is that when they were younger they did more power work and added actual nuclei. As they get older the power work becomes harder on the body so they more to more volume based training and the existing muscle that they built when they were younger fills out to compensate for the increased volume of work.Last edited by GTTofAK; 03-25-2016, 01:00 PM.

Look at how much bigger his neck, shoulders, and head got. Not to mention the major 'roid belly. That'd be extremely sad if he needed steroids to beat the bums he fights. Maybe he likes fighting in Monaco because there's no testing there.

After the WBC announced all of their title fights would be tested by VADA the media praised them and VADA. We have two WBC title fights and neither are being tested and the media hasn't said a thing. When he waited until 3 weeks out to announce testing for his last fight a couple of people mentioned it was useless. Andre Ward was dogged for years about drug testing. This guy has only been tested once, three weeks out, and nobody has called him out. You have a writer that convinced people USADA would risk the millions a year they get from the government for a couple hundred thousand dollars from a fighter. They boxing media is corrupt. They can be bought off cheap.
