David Haye said if this were a street fight Dillian would destory Jousha...Dillian comes from a kick boxing backgroud, but Haye said this is a boxing match, with rules, no kicking and over 12 rounds feels Jousha wins

looks like a HW who doesn't work out in front of the media a whole lot.

these guys are very, very big. white is 240 lbs and 6'4". you're asking a lot when you want to coordinate movements with a body that big.

they're not going to look like ray leonard when they shadowbox unless they're muhammad ali.

i like to have the sound on when i watch guys hitting pads. you get an idea of the snap when you hear the sound the shots make, but even that can be deceiving.

people are going to be more exposed to HW boxing in the upcoming years, bty the look of it. i really think that's where some fo the big fights will be. it's basically a different sport, boxing at HW. it's all about power, dimensions, jabbing, and your chin.

The heavy bag is for power. You're watching a slow-mo vid of a guy doing footwork as much as he's doing pads.
You really do have to know what the guy is working on to judge what is seen, agreed. Whyte's pop comes more from his combo work and fluidity combined with heavy hands. Hence, he has to be relaxed, mobile and let his hands go, which is what he seems to be doing. Some fighters are not explosive.

I really hope he has been working his mobility because that is how he will have success against Joshua.
