    HOUSTON - Super welterweight world champion Erislandy "The American Dream" Lara (21-2-2, 12 KOs) is wrapping up his final days of training camp in anticipation for his upcoming fight against former world champion Jan Zaveck (35-3, 19 KOs). Premier Boxing Champions (PBC) on ESPN comes Wednesday, November 25 from Hialeah Park Racing and Casino in Miami with televised coverage beginning at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT.

    Lara, who is recognized as one of the top fighters in the super welterweight division, is coming off two dominating performances.           Lara is so talented....if only he was a finisher. But hey, tell me someone with better boxing skills at his weight.

              It's nice to have a fight on this Wednesday, but Lara can't afford to coast through this fight like he did against Rodriguez & Smith.

                People who think Lara can stop this guy, think again. He might be closing in on 40 but he's tough as nails. This one goes the distance, 12-0 Lara.

                  Lara should not be he headlining any PBC cards especially not on ESPN. The last 2 fights he headlined were disasters. Lousy crowds showed up and the ones who did turned on him booing him. And the TV ratings were dreadful. Headlining after that is just a poor decision and setting up this card for failure.
